As Insight Ombuds Analytics, I track, manage, and analyze data for emerging university ombuds offices so that you can focus on the essential functions that advance your office, like visits, case contacts, outreach, and workshops.
Working within your existing systems and IOA reporting standards, my core services include:
- Data entry & case note management: Keeping your records current and organized so nothing falls behind.
- Visitor satisfaction monitoring: If your office doesn't yet have a visitor satisfaction survey in place, I can help you build one. From there, I track and analyze responses on an ongoing basis to help you understand and communicate constituent experience.
- Issue trend & traffic analysis: Identifying patterns in caseload data to inform your reporting and strategy.
- Process streamlining: Finding efficiencies in how your office collects and manages data day-to-day.
- Real-time analytics: Giving you an up-to-date picture of your office's activity at any point in time.
- Leadership-ready reporting: Producing polished monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that clearly communicate your office's value.
How It Works
I offer a straightforward contract model at 5, 10, or 15 hours per week, depending on your office's needs and capacity. Insight OA offers a way to get consistent, dedicated help tailored to your office's needs and scaled to where you actually are right now.
This model is especially well-suited for offices that are growing faster than expected, where outreach efforts are paying off but leaving little room in the calendar for data and analysis reporting work.
